Be sure to hold the media accountable for their perverse speculation, such as CTV’s speculation by their little jerk newscaster (see “New street cam video Bryant declares his innocence”) about pulling the steering wheel, his prior drinking, etc…note that NAVIGATOR the PR firm will depend on PUBLIC SENTIMENT and that mainstream media such as CTV hold huge sway on public sentiment: already I hear people parroting what they heard from those newscasts. Unfortunately, if the news organizations don’t air the footage, there isn’t going to be any change in public opinion that somehow Bryant was acting in self defense. Once people see the footage, and see how quickly it unfolded, there obviously was no time for Darcy to get him in a ‘head-lock’ or ‘grab at the steering wheel’ consciously. Whatever he grabbed at, it was a last ditch effort to get Bryant to stop his car and have the cops deal with the collisions. Bryant was running from the law.

Michael Bryant is a “LOOSE CANON” and should be in jail with no parole rights based on the tapes we are seeing. Michael Bryant’s acts are deliberate, vile & murderous. He should not be eligible to walk the streets until his trial has been dealt with. Parole at any set limit is not an issue for this MURDERING CRIMINAL.

If you look at the enhanced footage and the raw footage, they show more of clip 2, which is the car in movement, pushing Sheppard to the ground. I highly doubt there was much talking between the two other than ‘WTF’ at that point, and once Bryant started bolting off, Darcy’s instinct was to grab at the car, hoping Bryant would have no choice but to slow down. So if Michael Bryant was NOT reckless, the Antonym of reckless would apply in this case. Antonyms of reckless: TIMID & CAREFUL. Who thinks Michael Bryant was timid and careful when he mowed down Mr Sheppard & pinned him up against a mailbox , squashed the victim’s head with his back tire & then drove off like a murderous bandit!

Explain where you see an attempted murder being commited in the video.All I see is a car driver ,cyclist accident.
Attempted murder happened when shep attacked Mr Bryant with a weapon.
Me,I would have used the same tactic and scraped the bug off the side of my car. The moment shep went to his girlfriends, drunk, he was a loaded weapon

“Accident” usually means something un-intentional. Is it your perception that Bryant un-intentionally drove into Sheppard?
What is the weapon you mean? and where relative to the footage is the attack, and could you also portray Bryant’s actions before and after?

At what point in the video footage does Sheppard use a weapon?
If you know so much about Sheppard’s past that it explains his behaviour, can you tell us what Bryant was doing that night? And don’t say he wasn’t drunk. The police didn’t give him a breathalyzer because he claimed he didn’t have any drinks for dinner. Gee, maybe every drunk driver weaving around the road killing people should also use that excuse to get out of a breathalyzer. This certainly sets a precedent. The fix is in.

True that we have to act with thoughts of our outcomes. Sheppard may not have done that, and certainly something Bryant didn’t do when he raged with his car.
He won’t be happy, I expect he will lose, and has lost, much that is important to him. His career is toast, he faces a long jail sentence if convicted.
Friends and family may alienate from him, his wife, if in fact she was the passenger will not trust a mad killer, and they may be justly sued for wrongful death.
Could be homeless n sad.
