MY HOME THEATER / DO YOU REALLY NEED TO PAY 2000-3000$ FOR A PROJECTOR
My first projector an Infocus X 6. Just after I compared projectors I went with this…. After looking at videos posted on youtube I did not regret my purchase. Why pay 2000$ just to get the movie experience. The movies has the same picture that I have, and by the way 2 – 3 years ago these specs on my projector got all you HIFI entusiasts crapping your pants. C’mon why pay that much when you get this with much lower price

It’s 400 dollars.I checked out your video it looked really good.
Anyway now I went and painted the projector area some 4 times with the original paint and the wall at that area got a little bit darker. Gonna try it out tonight with different movies I’ll post videos ASAP.

Great vid! I think you’ve showed everyone here what those of us in the Ghetto have been doing for years now. That a projector and a clean wall with some sort of sound system is all that is really needed. They work well for computer monitors too. Again, great vid.

I left u a guide on ur channel page to help u w/projector distance/screen size.
August 12th, 2009 at 1:46 pm
So how large can it go??
the screen size that is is this worth the money or get a HDTV?
August 29th, 2009 at 12:50 am
depends on what size of tv you want, if you want 50 inches plus then you should probably a projector as you’ll end up spending a lot on a HDTV that size. Below that size I’d suggest a HDTV, but depends on your budget.

PROJECTOR- go on ebay and you can find cheap hd projectors like me (£230) i dont know how many dollars that is. Maybe another (£100) for a big moterized screen.
September 19th, 2009 at 10:05 pm
Don’t waste your money on a screen. I bought some screen paint on Ebay from a company called Projection Science. It was cheap, and it made a HUGE difference. Best $40 I ever spent. It smokes my buddys Da-Lite, and he paid over a grand for that screen.
September 25th, 2009 at 7:30 am
Well there is a British or Scottish screen company that can provide me with 100 inch for £120 pounds and thats a (micro super perforated screen), bugger (Stewart and SMX) rip-off screen prices they can shove their screens horizontally up there ass!
September 25th, 2009 at 7:32 am
At the moment Im using a bed sheet to size up the image for the front as I want the speakers behind as they should be!
